What Is FlowMor ?

FlowMor is a specially formulated additive developed to improve flow and surface finish in PP and filled PP compounds. It works as an internal lubricant and dispersion aid, helping compounders achieve better melt flow, richer colour, and stronger mechanical properties — at lower dosage than conventional lubricants and waxes.

How FlowMor Works

FlowMor acts as an internal lubricant in the polymer melt and simultaneously improves the dispersion of filler and pigment in the polymer matrix. The combined effect results in:

  • Improved Melt Flow Index (MFI)
  • Richer colour development from better pigment dispersion
  • Improved mechanical properties from more uniform filler distribution
