Poly Carbonate due to its mechanical and optical properties, finds numerous applications in electrical and appliance industries.
Major problem encountered in the recycling of PC is of loss of Impact and erratic MFI.
Because of chain breakage and mixing of different MFI material, the scrap available does not always match the basic mechanical strength criteria of the customers.
Solution:
Impact+ helps to enhance the impact values by at least 20-25% in filled as well as unfilled PolyCarbonate.
Impact+ also homogenizes different grades/MFI of mixed PC scrap, helps to reduce irregular flow and improves the surface gloss.
