Vipin B. Sharma
Founder of Vin Group

He is involved with Research, Product Development and Application Development functions. He has 10 patents and patent applications to his credit of which 7 pertain to products manufactured by Vin Industries and rest pertain to solar water heater.

Mr. Sharma has an extremely rich experience with Indian Commercial Company Ltd. (ICC) which represents the polymer MNCs in India like Dow, WR Grace, Amoco and Eastman.

Mr. Sharma has handled application on development activities on national level and is credited with successful introduction of Dow products like Dowlex and Primacor in India.

He has been a member of a number of sectional committees related to Plastic Packaging in the Bureau of Indian Standards

Mr. Sharma has also served on the Editorial Advisory Committee of the Modern Plastics (McGraw-Hill Publication).

Amongst his personal passions is study of Indian scriptures. He is actively involved with a Gaushala (cow shelter) where a number of innovations have been carried out to make the cow shelters economically self sustaining.

Bharat Sharma
Strategy, New Businesses, Marketing and Application Development

Mr. Bharat Sharma has been involved with Vin Group since inception. He has a deep understanding of the plastic processing landscape in India, having traveled extensively and visited more than 100 cities in India.

He is a member of following trade bodies:
Society of Plastics Engineers (SPE),
Indian Plastics Institute (IPI)
Indian Rubber Institute (IRI) and FRP Institute of India
He serves on the Executive Comittee of the All India Plastic Industries Association (AIPIA).

Mr. Sharma holds a B. Tech (Chemical Engineering) from IIT Delhi and ICWAI (Inter) qualifications (with Merit).

Rohit Sharma
Head of HR, Accounts, Finance, and Purchase functions at Vin Group

Mr. Sharma holds a B. Com. from Delhi University and a diploma in Sales Management.

He has been involved with Vin Group since its inception and was key in setting up the operations in Mumbai and Kolkatta.

He is a member of
Indian Plastics Institute (IPI) and
All India Plastic Industries Association (AIPIA)

He has played Volleyball at the state level and is a keen sports enthusiast. He enjoys the Western Classical music.

Umesh Sharma
Head of Operations

Mr. Sharma has a B. Sc. from Agra University and holds CA (Inter) qualification. He has worked and audited a number of manufacturing businesses. He has been a part of Vin Group since 2001.

The production, maintenance and quality teams of all the factories report to him.

He enjoys traveling. He coordinates Vin Group‘ involvement with Ekal Vidyalaya work in the tribal areas.
